1. Skype
Thankfully this nifty invention keeps me close with friends that are miles and miles away. It's always nice to see a familiar face and hear a familiar voice. Recently, I've caught up with my dear friend, Jeffrey, who is in Morocco, and also had a two hour Skype sesh with my best friend, Kristen, who is in Houston (below).
2. Painting
I had been lacking time to pull out my paints and sit down in front of a blank canvas. With so much hustle and bustle I forgot about one of my favorite things to do. I'm happy to have delved back in. It certainly clears my head and adds some color to my walls.
3. Caffe Boa
My best friend, Ryan and I went to eat dinner at this yummy Italian restaurant. We drank tasty wine and caught up on life. The waiter was generous enough to surprise us with bruschetta and tiramisu, on the house! We left with full bellies and smiles on our faces.
