Music is such a great way to power you through a workout. Watching TV at the gym or at home can be distracting a lot of the time and tends to slow you down. With a pumped up, constantly changing playlist, you're constantly changing paces and pushing through.
There are certain albums that work for different parts of a workout. I like Skrillex for my cardio, Blessthefall for my strength training, and The Weeknd for abs. Try these out, or find the ones that work for you. There is so much music out there, you are bound to find some motivating tunes. Pop in your head phones and work it out!
