Here is my current ab routine for you guys! I've been loving the feedback and hearing about your experiences with my workouts. Keep up the hard work! Also, remember that abs are made in the kitchen. You need to be filling your tummy with fresh and clean foods. This will make all your hard work in the gym pay off.

  1. Congrats on your fit life! I've been working out every morning at 6:00 am before work and classes and this gets me going and keeps me motivated-otherwise I won't do it during the day. It was tough at first but I absolutely love having the gym to myself and watching the sun come up :)

    I am so inspired by you! It's so refreshing to read your blog and I get excited everyday to read new posts. I feel that we're a lot alike and it's awesome that you're so positive and goal oriented.
