should i workout?

I found this on Pinterest, and while it gave me a good laugh, it also had so much truth to it. We often find so many excuses not to workout, but are any of them really valid? I totally believe in rest days and listening to your body when you need them, but not every day should be a rest day. That's just laziness.

Instead of thinking up all the excuses to not get in some exercise, why not think of some reasons why you should. There are some great ones listed above. I see a few that work for me. What about you?

It's the beginning of a brand new month, let's get moving!
